Quality Ag Service operated three retail locations in south central Iowa with complete agronomy sales and services available to our growers. We have a great team assembled to provide the very best in products, services, and support.

CUSTOM APPLICATION - When you hire Quality Ag to apply your fertilizers and crop protection chemicals, you get an all-star staff that is the most experienced and conscientious in the market. Your application staff at Quality Ag has an average of 18 years experience. They have the knowledge and skill to precision apply your inputs with a fleet of top-of-the line equipment that includes John Deere 4830 and 4930 sprayers.

Each of our application units is equipped with a GPS Guidance System and our JD sprayer each have AutoTrac steering systems. These GPS systems ensure that your chemicals and fertilizer are applied in the most accurate and efficient manner possible. AutoTrac means no overlap and no skips.

DRY AND LIQUID FERTILZER - We can custom blend dry fertilizer to any analysis you may need. We can custom apply all your fertilizer with our flotation machines to minimize compaction and to save your valuable time.

If you prefer to spread your own fertilizer, we have a fleet of late model fertilizer carts available. With 18 ton, 4 compartment tender equipment, we can keep your cart running full in your fields.

For your liquid fertilizer needs, we have a liquid storage facility, liquid side dress applicators, tanker trailers, and pumper trailers to transport liquid fertilizer to your farm.

SCIENCE AND BUSINESS BASED DECISION-MAKING - Recommendations for plant food and crop protection products from Quality Ag Service are based on a balance of science and profit potential. Your QAS Agronomy Consultant will recommend inputs after many factors are considered. Factors such as 1.) previous yields and crop removal, 2.) whether the farm is owned, short-term rental, or long-term leased, 3.) important agronomic factors like soil type, crop selection, and seed variety, 4.) farm history of weed and pest pressures, 5.) type and level of crop insurance carried.
